Tracking Failed Payments

Tracking failed payments is everyone's least favorite part of the job. No one got into this business to chase people down asking for money.

When a payment fails for any reason, the user is notified immediately and automatically via email with a link they can use to correct the issue.

In addition to the Daily Review Emails, gym owners and coaches can track failed payments through the Coach's Dashboard, Failed Payments report.

The failed payments report will give you all the information you need to help people fix their outstanding payments.
