Review Programming

You can review your programming for any program. This will show you all the WODs for a specified period of time and fill out a sheet very similar to what you might recognize from the CF Level 2 course.

It breaks down things like how many of your workouts over that period of time were for time, reps, load, how many movements per workout, how many reps, and a checklist of many common movements to make sure you're hitting the ones you want.
